At DIA Appliances, atta jar is designed for everyday use and is sold as accessories. This Return & Refund Policy explains the limited conditions under which a return or refund may be accepted.

Eligibility & Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The return request is raised within 10 days from the date of delivery

No returns will be accepted beyond this period.

What Qualifies as a Manufacturing Defect

A manufacturing defect refers to a fault present at the time of production that affects normal usage of the product.

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to improper use, handling, or storage
  • Damage caused by external factors
  • User dissatisfaction due to expectations, preferences, or misuse
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality

DIA Appliances reserves the right to inspect and verify the defect before approving any return.

Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be unused or minimally used for inspection purposes
  • The product must be returned in its original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included

Products that show signs of heavy use, damage, or modification may be rejected.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer support within 10 days of delivery
  2. Share order details and a clear description of the issue
  3. Provide photos or videos if requested

Once the request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be shared.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds or Replacements

Once a returned product is received and inspected:

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, DIA Appliances may, at its discretion:
    • Provide a replacement, or
    • Issue a refund

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products returned after 10 days
  • Products without a confirmed manufacturing defect
  • Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modification
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are allowed only before the product has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
